In order to have your fundamental human rights fully ensured overseas, please read and abide by the Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms").

Member’s registration, personal data filling and payment are deemed to be bound by the terms you have read and agreed to.

I. About Overseas Service

1.2 Provided any member’s dignity and fundamental rights are violated, we together with international NGOs will provide relevant legal advice and assistance according to the principles of International Human Rights Law. We will work and cooperate with local NGOs and lawyers and will acquire their services to contact media and involved governments to seek justice for the member as soon as possible. As a last resort Honyee would redress the victims on humanitarian basis.

II. Overseas Service and Procedure
2.1 Provided any member’s dignity and fundamental rights are violated, the member should inform Honyee in a timely manner and provide all relevant evidence, such as videos, audios, photographs or documents about the incident. The member should fully describe the case and specify the place, time and person(s) or the party responsible in detail.

2.2 After receiving all information, World Peace Elite Association lawyers will assess the case according to International Human Rights Law. The “victims” of human rights violation are identified and confirmed by the definition of International Human Rights Law of the United Nations.

After the case has been assessed and confirmed to be the case of Overseas Service, the victim will be provided legal advice within three working days as how to proceed with the case.

2.3 World Peace Elite Association will issue letters on behalf of the victim(s) to notify the responsible party about the seriousness of the case, in regard to violation of international covenants and international human rights law. The responsible party is obliged to handle the case promptly and properly as a show of respect for human dignity and fundamental human rights.

2.4 If the case remains unresolved for a month, World Peace Elite Association may send its representative or may employ local human rights NGOs or lawyers to contact the responsible party, in order to seek justice for the victim(s) in a timely manner.

2.5 If the case remains unresolved for three months and the responsible party continues to ignore the basic rights of the victim(s), evading responsibility deliberately or by delaying settlement of the case. In such an event, Honyee will provide a humanitarian redress to the victims. This will help the victims to get along with their life and look towards a better future.

III. Humanitarian Redress
3.1 The victim(s) of human rights violation are identified and confirmed according to the definition of the International Human Rights Law of the United Nations.

Rules for Redress
3.2.1 Discrimination, Humiliation, Inhuman Treatment and Restriction of Freedom:
Humanitarian redress up to 30% of maximum amount allowed by the member’s Overseas Service registration.

3.2.2 Violence and Injuries:
Humanitarian redress up to 60% of maximum amount allowed by the member’s Oversea Service registration.

3.2.3 Arbitrary Arrest and unlawful Detention:
Humanitarian redress up to 100% of maximum amount allowed by the member’s Oversea Service registration.

IV. Authorization and Code of Conduct
4.1 Once registered it is presumed that the member(s) have legally authorized Honyee Co., Ltd. and World Peace Elite Association exclusively to handle the case of human rights violation abroad. They are also bound to cooperate and authorize local NGOs and lawyers or media to contact the party or governmental agencies concerned.

4.2 The members shall strictly abide by foreign laws and regulations and respect local religious beliefs, cultural traditions and customs, while they travel, do business, stay or study abroad. None of the above fall within the scope of Overseas Service, such violation of laws and regulations, offences against religion, culture and customs, or personal conflicts or commercial disputes are not related to Honyee and will not be responsible for handling such cases.

V. Breach of Terms of Service
5.1 After the incidence of human rights violation, if Honyee finds out or receives a report that the member(s) have contacted other NGOs or institutions or publicized the case, and have authorized them to handle the case, such actions will be considered as breach of Terms of Service. Under such circumstances, Honyee will regard these actions as evidence that the member(s) has/have voluntarily terminated Honyee Overseas Service. Therefore, Honyee will have no responsibility to the member(s) and the case will be closed.

VI. Cancellation of Registration
6.1 If a member decides to cancel the registration due to the change in the oversea travel schedule, he can do so without charge within 7 days after registration and before the departure date. After the departure date, Honyee will not accept any cancellation requests.

6.2 If the cancellation is made after 7 days of registration but before the departure date, 20% handling charge will be deducted from the registration payment. This is because cancellation of registration requires manual inquiry and verification and the refund process incurs costs.

6.3 After registration is cancelled, Honyee will refund the balance to the member's account within 24 hours of normal working day.

6.4 Group Cancellation of Registration:
The cancellation should be made by the group leader or the organizer whoever did registration.

6.5 Tourist Companies:
Tourist companies should send a complete list of the members registered to Honyee in order to process cancellation.                                                                   

VII. Protection of Privacy
7.1 it is our top priority to protect our members’ privacy. Honyee will take necessary measures to protect their personal information. As prescribed by law and regulation, Honyee will not disclose a member’s personal information to any third party without prior permission. The encrypted method will be used to store and transfer information as a security measure.

7.2 In the process of registration or using the service, the member should provide necessary information, such as travelling documents, e-mail address, we chat account and payment method, etc. The member must provide his real identity. If the information provided is incomplete, the member will not be able to use the service or be restricted in the process.

7.3 If a member cancels the registration or the service expires or being terminated, Honyee will permanently delete membership data from the server. Upon cancellation of registration or service termination, Honyee will have no obligation to return information to members.

7.4 While using the service, the members acknowledge to the following risks, including but not limited to personal loss of information due to security breach and others factors caused by force of nature which are beyond Honyee’s control.

VIII. Others
8.1 The Terms of Service is signed in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.

8.2 If any disputes arise between members and Honyee, they shall be settled through proper negotiations. If no conclusion is reached, members agree to submit the disputes to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hong Kong.
